Burn Within Yoga strives to make the world a more peaceful and compassionate place, one yogi at a time by showing the world that there is yoga for everybody and every body. By creating a community of people working toward similar goals (because underneath it all we are all much more like each other than we realize or recognize), they provide a compassionate and supportive space for anyone to experience and grow their yoga practice - working toward optimal wellness and a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
