The volunteers at the Gardens at Gantz Farm present “A Time for Healing” as their spring symposium this year. Out of an abundance of caution, the symposium will be held virtually.

Participants include clinical herbalist Erika Galentin who will explore the medicinal & tonic virtues of five common garden weeds. Honorary Master Gardner Susan Betz will be presenting “A Green Revival: Cultivating Gardens for People, Places, & Plants.”  Community herbalist, a vision & of Blooming Curiosity, April Alexander will be demonstrating how to make an herbal facial tonic. Gantz Farm educators Mary Jane LaLonde and Gloria Hartung will present the ins and outs of vegetable gardening – everything from choosing a site to tips for a successful harvest.

It will take place March 19th, 2022 from 8:30am – 12:30pm via Zoom.
