The Gardens at Gantz Volunteers are excited to host the Spring Symposium for 2024! The theme is Gardening in a Changing World. Speakers will include Bevin Cohen of Small House Farm speaking on wildcrafting herbs for cooking or medicine, Judy Semroc a conservation specialist on what we can do to help nature survive in a changing climate. Liz Fulchar will speak on incorporating essential oils into our daily lives, and Janet Macunovich and Steven Nikkila will present on how to ensure success when planting trees and shrubs. A continental breakfast and luncheon will be provided for each registered guest. There will be garden related vendors and more. The event is from 8 am to 3:30 pm at the E.L. Evan’s Senior Center.
