COSI Science Festival: Trash to Treasure

Did you know that each resident in Franklin County averages 4 to 5 pounds of waste daily? Have you ever wondered where that waste goes? Join SWACO and Grove City Parks and Recreation to learn about science of trash by touring a modern-day landfill to observe the operation first-hand and use recycled material to make a treasure. Participate in hands-on activities at the SWACO Education Resource Center. All activities are free, but registration for the landfill tours is needed to hold your seat.
