Pro-tip: Visit the gazebo downtown and look up; a beautiful stained glass ceiling fills the roof of the gazebo! It is stunning, a true work of art.

Also in Town Center is the newest mural in Grove City, "Grant-Sawyer Home", envisioned by Craig W. Murdick and beautifully brought to life on this scale by muralist Pamela M. Kellough. Now, before or after you visit the Grant-Sawyer Home Museum, you can take a stroll through Grove City Town Center to see this mural on the side of the Columbus Running Company Building located at 3990 Broadway.

While you are browsing the murals downtown, don’t miss the small one that is on Park Street by a different David, David Lane. Lane’s piece, featuring greyhounds, is a nod to history as Grove City is the birthplace of thoroughbred horse racing and greyhound racing back in the 1920’s. The Grove City High School mascot is a “Greyhound”

From 1923 to 2014, Beulah Park was a hub of excitement, where the thrill of the race brought crowds together. Today, the sculpture serves as a tribute to that legacy, capturing the powerful energy of horses bursting from the starting gate. Game Time at Fryer Park: This Stereo-Painting in Grove City is a vibrant tribute to the 40th Anniversary of Grove City High School’s celebrated “World’s Largest High School Alumni Softball Tournament”. This colorful mural captures the spirit of community, camaraderie, and competition that has defined the tournament for decades. Through dynamic imagery and playful design, the artwork brings to life the cherished memories and longstanding traditions of alumni who return year after year to participate in this unique event. The mural not only honors the rich history of the tournament, but also stands as a testament to the pride and unity of the Grove City community.

This mural is the first of a series that will eventually be all around Grove City. Painted by Cody Wood and David Lane, there is actually a lot of science that goes into these pieces. What is a Stereo-Painting? A stereo-painting provides a site-specific encounter that invites visitors to an interactive experience. Based on the toy, the View Master, this in-person 3D exhibit, unites the past and present, in a unique approach that engages the observer with Grove City’s story and the art itself. Gantz Park, 2255 Home Road, Grove City

Step into a vibrant and diverse world at the Gardens at Gantz Park, where history, beauty, and purpose come together in three beautifully designed spaces by Barbara Williams. Each garden showcases a unique style, taking visitors on a journey through time, artfully designed gardens, and perfectly placed sculptures.

The Garden of Yesterday was created to honor Ohio’s 1840 kitchen farm gardens, where herbs, heirloom vegetables, and old fruit varieties were grown with care. These small but mighty gardens provided essential ingredients that could be preserved and stored for the long winter months.

In contrast, the Garden of Today reflects mid-20th-century herb garden trends, featuring themed sections such as culinary, children’s and cutting, dye, fragrance, knot, medicinal, and taxonomic gardens. Here, you’ll discover how herbs not only flavor our food but also offer natural dyes, fragrances, and medicinal benefits. This garden is an interactive space offering a rich sensory experience of sight, smell, and touch.

Looking forward, the Garden of Tomorrow focuses on the visual impact of herbs, combining function and form in a contemporary landscape. With carefully placed man-made structures like decks, trellises, and brick pavers, this garden feels modern and sleek, complemented by focal points such as “The Little Girl Reading” statue, one of the many public art pieces scattered throughout.

As a tribute to Grove City’s love of baseball, the city decided to give its water tower, near Windsor Park, a fun makeover. With its location overlooking the Little League fields, the idea of painting the tower to resemble a giant baseball – stitches and all – seemed like a home run.

As a tribute to Grove City’s love of baseball, the city decided to give its water tower, near Windsor Park, a fun makeover. With its location overlooking the Little League fields, the idea of painting the tower to resemble a giant baseball – stitches and all – seemed like a home run.

More than 55 years old and covering 38 acres, Windsor Park is the oldest community-sized park in Grove City and home to youth baseball.

Windsor Park is the location of both Dream Field Playground & Mirolo Dream Field at Mount Carmel Stadium, two of Grove City’s inclusive and accessible sports and play options. The Dream Field Playground is an innovative play space at Windsor Park, while the Mirolo Dream Field at Mount Carmel Stadium is home to the Buddy Ball program for both youth and adult leagues. Both spaces are part of Grove City's Altogether Adventure for explorers and athletes of all ages and abilities.

In case you haven’t heard – America turns 250 years old in 2026 and there are BIG celebrations on deck across the country. Many communities are hosting tributes, parties, and more including American Nitrile. American Nitrile, a manufacturing company, has the perfect canvas for a mural that celebrates America and anyone that has served their community, whether through the military or community service.

“Proud to Serve” was painted by Barn Artist, Scott Hagan. This mural was unveiled at the second annual WingFest hosted by American Nitrile in 2024.
