The Dream Field Playground is an innovative playspace at Windsor Park, designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities. As part of Grove City’s commitment to diversity, the community partnered with David Williams Recreation to design a space that provides enjoyment and Altogether Adventure for all. Playability at Dream Field Playground means a sensory-rich environment with activities that appeal to a variety of interests while supporting cognitive development, intuitive play and opportunities for social interaction.
People of all ages will enjoy this comprehensive play park that meets the needs of everyone. All in all, the playground is a safe place with a change of scenery for the whole family. Most noteworthy, PlayCore has named Dream Field Playground as a National Demonstration Site for inclusive play. This inviting playground has been added to the PlayCore National Registry and will continue to be acknowledged for leadership in creating all-embracing recreation opportunities.
The Mirolo Dream Field at Mount Carmel Stadium, also located within Windsor Park, makes baseball accessible to ballplayers of all abilities featuring a special rubberized surface navigable for those using wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers.
